Jessica received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology, both from Marywood University. She is a National Certified Counselor working towards completing the steps to be a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jessica has experience in working with both the adolescent and adult populations. She has had previous counseling experience in individual and group therapy, coaching, couples and marriage counseling, family therapy, grief resolution and addiction counseling in an outpatient setting. Jessica has counseled and offered services to clients with diverse cultural backgrounds and a variety of diagnoses. She has worked with a variety of client concerns including, but not limited to, grief and loss, substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, personality disorder, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, suicidality, and trauma related disorders.   Jessica’s therapeutic approach addresses clients using a holistic model of treating the whole person in a therapeutic, confidential, professional, and highly supportive setting. She uses an eclectic approach which encompasses humanistic, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based stress reduction, among others. Jessica is an enthusiastic, conscientious, and motivated individual who is eager to work with clients to promote growth and personal wellness in creative, effective, and evidence-base ways.
