Shannon received her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Scranton in 2020 and her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from King’s College in 2005. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Profession Counselor.
Shannon has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as with those struggling with behavioral, emotional, and/or social difficulties in both school and community settings. She has worked extensively with students with disabilities, individuals experiencing transition and adjustment issues, and those struggling academically in a college environment.
Shannon utilizes a person-centered approach and conversational style throughout the therapeutic process.
