Highlights of Our Salaried Role

• 🕓 Twelve evening hours per week or 3 8pm evenings—evening hours begin at 4 p.m. (e.g., one night until 8 p.m. and three nights until 6 p.m.) to accommodate clients while leaving room for daytime sessions.

• 💰 Salary range: starting at $42,000 and extending up to $100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure status.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full clinical caseload with ongoing assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.

• Engage in community outreach and help develop practice initiatives.

• Conduct intakes, provide therapy, and manage treatment plans.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and colleagues for integrated care.

• Participate in case discussions, professional seminars, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline (counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, art therapy).

• Working toward licensure or fully licensed (PsyD, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAPC, MFT, LSW, Art Therapist, CRC.).

• Eligible for licensure supervision or already fully licensed.
