
Aditi is a Licensed Social Worker with 15 years experience within New York and Pennsylvania. She received her MSW from Fordham University and BA in Sociology from SUNY Binghamton.
Aditi practices positive psychotherapy, utilizing an integrative approach to therapy grounded in the “person-in-environment” framework as a dedicated human rights activist, social worker and psychotherapist. Her focus on strength-based therapy allow her to adequately assess client needs with a focus on internal strengths and resourcefulness.
Treatment plans are person-centered driven with solutions designed to increase lasting resiliency. She listens to the clients, respects their self determination and works to explore possibilities of positive change and healthy coping strategies with dignity and respect. Aditi has helped people struggling with serious mental health issues by building confidence and placing emphasis on being a “survivor” rather than a “victim” while fostering mutuality and collaboration in the therapeutic process.
