Andrea received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology from Penn State University and Marywood University respectively. Andrea has worked in many settings, from crisis stabilization units to schools to outpatient settings. Andrea has worked with individuals in many different life settings and situations, from helping clients navigate monumental life transitions such as retirement, divorce, and even homelessness, to celebrating the victories that every day can bring for clients.
Andrea has worked closely with a variety of populations, such as the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, individuals with intellectual disabilities, individuals with ASD, as well as many others. She believes there is no “cookie-cutter” form of treatment, and takes time to formulate a plan for each individual client to best suit their needs. The therapeutic alliance is the most important key to success in therapy and Andrea strives to create a comfortable, open atmosphere to facilitate growth within clients.
