
Elizabeth was born and raised in Northeast PA. She possesses several undergraduate degrees; most recently, she received a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. She is currently working toward licensure to become an LPC. Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in community-based mental health with extensive work with the unhoused and those experiencing mental health crises.
Elizabeth’s passion is to assist those struggling with their journey to parenthood, pregnancy, and postpartum. While Elizabeth’s approach is rooted in humanistic theory, she believes that all therapies have benefits, and she tailors her approach to each person. She believes that everyone is capable of change so that they can become their best possible self. Clients are drawn to her due to the ease with which she can build meaningful working relationships. Her empathetic understanding encourages clients to be more open and willing to engage while showing them they are heard and understood.
Elizabeth has successfully treated individuals with histories of trauma, postpartum depression, grief and loss, anxiety, substance use disorders, and phobias. She also possesses a wide range of experience with those dealing with psychosis.
