Heather has lived in Northeastern Pennsylvania her entire life. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Pennsylvania State University (Scranton Campus). She earned her Master’s in psychology at the University of Phoenix in 2024. Heather is currently working towards her LPC.
Heather brings with her a vast array of experience in the mental health field which includes the following: suicidal behaviors, crisis intervention, substance use disorder, mood disorders, autism, and intellectual disabilities. She has also worked with young children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Heather blends compassion, positivity, and collaboration with evidence-based practices to better help her clients individually. She focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Positive Psychology.
