Amanda received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Marywood University in 2015 and her bachelor’s in psychology at King’s College in 2012.
Amanda has experience in treating clients at inpatient, outpatient and detox settings for drug and alcohol treatment. She is experienced in medication assisted treatment and believes that there is more than one way to live a life of recovery from substances. In addition, Amanda has experience counseling clients regarding anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, healthy relationships, grief, and codependency.
Amanda tailors her counseling style to the client, meeting them where they are. Amanda focuses on a client’s strengths to help them build the life they have always envisioned.
